For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. KHUSHDEEP SINGH is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. When will my order arrive?
You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
What delivery options do I have?
Our delivery options available are:
• delivered at a home/work address
• delivered in a store close to you
• delivered to a UPS access point
You can select your desired delivery option when at the checkout.
How can I track the status of my package?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
You can also track your order by simply going to Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).
If you do not have a Ralph Lauren account yet, set one up under My Account.
If you do not wish to create an account, you can track your order by entering your order number, email address and billing post code under Track Your Order.
What does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:
- Destination country
- Size/weight of the package
- Shipping method selected
We offer several different shipping methods.
The prices for each available option will be displayed at checkout.
* If you cannot see your country listed, then it is likely that we do not currently ship there.
What carrier do you use to ship your orders?
We ship via UPS or DHL dependent on your ship to country.
UPS delivers packages Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. If you are not available to accept your package on the first delivery attempt, your order will be delivered to a UPS Access Point and the tracking will be updated with these details.
DHL delivers packages Monday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M
Delivery schedules are subject to product availability and payment clearance. Actual delivery times may also vary depending on shipping locations.
You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important if the courier needs additional information to insure a successful delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we offer shipping throughout EMEA. You can find and select your location on our Country Selector. Additionally, we do have Ralph Lauren stores all over the world.
Do I need to pay duties & taxes?
Duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as:
- Country of origin of the purchased product
- Local VAT rates
- Local import taxes
It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
Our landed cost shipping service allows you to prepay all taxes and there will be no additional charges when you receive your package – guaranteed.
All you need to do is prepay the duties at our checkout.
If prepayment is supported for your order, then you will be quoted as follows:
“Prepay xxxx for duties, taxes and fees now to guarantee no additional charges on delivery”
